How do I see menu prices?

Visit www.papajohns.com.pk , enter your address and details in signup page OR you can sign up with Facebook as well, select the order type “Collection” or “Delivery” and then select your respective branch which will direct you to the menu for the store that delivers to your location or stores near you for pick up.

Are the prices different on the paper menu than online?

Prices on the paper menu and online ordering are same except some special promotional deals we are offering for the web customers.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. Delivery free is Rs:50.

Why do I need to enter my address or zip code before I place an order?

We use your address or zip code to verify if you are within our delivery area.

How do I order from Papa johns?

I submitted my order. Now what?

Once you submit your order, we’ll send you a verification email on your provided email address which will have all your order details.

Papa Johns Order Return & Refund Policy.

For your satisfaction, we ensure that you always get food delivery according to your requirements. Our return and refund policy enhance the trust of our customers in our determination.

Wrong order

Our management team ensures that you get the right food delivered at your place. However, if you get the wrong order delivered, then, you can simply contact us and let us know. We can make suitable changes in the transactions and provide the right food.

Bad food

Though we always cook our food with the freshest ingredients, we feel that it is our responsibility to provide assurance regarding the bad food. If you feel that the food is in bad quality, call us and let us know. We will take care of the inconvenience and provide you suitable solution.

Cancellation of the order

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please call our UAN (UAN 111-11-7272) immediately. We are unable to provide refunds for the return of the food after 4 minutes of the order placement. Also, if you cancel the order after the food has been cooked, the cancellation is not acceptable.
